Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please make sure all shipping details are correct before placing your order. Lost Identity is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Times

Shipping times may vary depending on location. Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 1–7 business days

  • International: 3–21 business days

Please note that shipping delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high demand during product drops.

Same-Day Shipping

Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST may qualify for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Orders

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package during delivery.
